Yes. Lady Cleaning Services Florida is a professional cleaning company and we take care of your home as if it were our own. If you need proof of insurance for your HOA, building or office, just ask and we’ll send it.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?¿Traen sus propios productos de limpieza?
Yes, we bring all the supplies and equipment we need. If you prefer we use a specific product (for example, for natural stone or because of allergies), let us know and we’ll use yours.

What’s the difference between a standard and a deep cleaning?¿Qué diferencia hay entre una limpieza estándar y una profunda?
A standard cleaning maintains a home that’s already in good shape: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors. A deep cleaning goes further — baseboards, door frames, buildup on stovetops and showers, and more detail in every room. We recommend a deep clean for the first visit.
La limpieza estándar mantiene una casa que ya está en buen estado: cocina, baños, polvo y pisos. La profunda va más allá: zócalos, marcos de puertas, acumulación en estufas y duchas, y más detalle en cada espacio. Recomendamos una limpieza profunda en la primera visita.
How long does a cleaning take?¿Cuánto tiempo toma una limpieza?
It depends on the size and condition of the home. As a guide, a standard clean of a 2–3 bedroom home usually takes 2–4 hours, and a deep clean takes longer. We’ll give you a time estimate when we confirm your booking.

How is the final price calculated?¿Cómo se calcula el precio final?
Our calculator gives you an estimate based on home size, type of cleaning and frequency. The final price may vary depending on the size, condition of the home and pets, and is confirmed after a short consultation — no surprises.

Do you work outside of Tampa?¿Atienden fuera de Tampa?
Yes. We serve Tampa and about 25–30 miles around it, including New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Riverview, Lutz, Carrollwood, Westchase, Citrus Park, Land O’ Lakes, Odessa, Temple Terrace, Valrico, Seffner, Apollo Beach, Sun City Center and Town ’N’ Country.

Of course. Please give us at least 24–48 hours’ notice by phone or message so we can offer the slot to another client and find you a new date.

Is it OK if my pets are home during the cleaning?¿Pueden estar mis mascotas en casa durante la limpieza?
Yes, we love pets! Just let us know ahead of time. If your pet is nervous around visitors or vacuums, we recommend keeping them in a separate room while we work.

How do I pay?¿Cómo pago?
We’ll confirm the payment options available when we book your cleaning. Payment is due once the cleaning is completed and you’re happy with the result.

Do you offer discounts for recurring cleanings?¿Ofrecen descuento por limpiezas recurrentes?
Yes. Weekly cleaning has our lowest per-visit rate, bi-weekly is our standard rate, and monthly is slightly higher than bi-weekly.
